Dr. Eran Duzman
Dr. Eran Duzman grew up in Irvine. He attended University High School, where he graduated with honors and gained early admission into the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Duzman attended UC Irvine where he obtained a bachelors degree in biological sciences and won several research awards.
Dr. Duzman attended New York Medical College where he earned his M.D. Degree. He gained honors in research on several occasions while in Medical School. He received an excellence award in his surgical rotation for his research on Radial Keratotomy as treatment for near sightedness. Dr. Duzman then completed a one year internship in Internal Medicine at Westchester County Medical Center in New York. Dr. Duzman completed a four year ophthalmology residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans where he studied under the pioneers of laser refractive surgery.
As a resident, his emphasis was on cataract and refractive surgery. He also gained excellence in research awards and professional publications for developing new techniques in glaucoma surgery. After finishing his residency in New Orleans in 1998, Dr. Eran Duzman joined Lakeside Vision Center. He has since been providing the community with state of the art advancements in surgery and eye care.
